A favorite with the whole family, our Homemade Ranch recipe makes a creamy and zesty dressing that pairs well with fresh cut vegetables.
Serves 8
    Ingredients:
  
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped and pasted
 - 1 Tablespoon dill, finely chopped
 - 3 Tablespoons chives, finely chopped
 - 3 Tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
 - 1 cup full-fat buttermilk (sub whole milk if needed)
 - ¼ cup mayonnaise
 - ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
    Directions:
  
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together or shake in a container.
 - Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt and pepper as necessary.
 
This dip is great for fresh cut vegetables, or you can reduce the amount of buttermilk to ½ cup to make thicker and use as a sandwich spread.
