Dr. Kieninger currently serves as the Trauma Medical Director of the Level 2 Trauma Center at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland. When I called to make the appointment, I was assigned to Dr. Kieninger. I had never met her before, but I enjoyed meeting her and I thought she was very understanding and professional and explained things well.

She was efficient and had a great sense of humor.What I did not like, was that the trinity system kept sending me messages to see if I wanted and earlier appt. Those messages should have stopped the first time I said "no"
