I appreciated an appointment that didn't seem hurried or uncaring as I have in the past. Explained things and didnt ignore my questions as irrelevant.

I was able to see Dr Brian Decker, my doctor. Ashlee filled in very nicely. She changed one of my blood pressure medications and had me do blood work with a return visit 30 days. within the 30 days I followed Ashlee advice and recovered very nicely.

When you examine a patient's throat, nose, ears etc when they are sick please explain your findings or what you observe as I had to ask. But overall, pleased with visit and felt listened to.

I called the clinic regarding a prescription that my insurance refused to cover. I was told Ashley Stone is leaving the clinic. I responded with "she could have told me...so that explains why she was in a hurry and didn't really ask questions where I could elaborate on my answers...." I informed the receptionist that I did not need two appointments in one week next March and didn't know why Ashley scheduled me with Dr Ritchard when I was already in Dr Parra's schedule. She didn't even ask me before I left the appointment she just said check your my chart for your next appointment.I just feel that was rude.

I noticed there were notes in My Chart that were incorrect, she charted part of a breast exam that was never done nor discussed at all. But now it is part of my chart as if it happened.
