Dr. Christiansen completed his medical education at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. He completed his podiatric medicine and surgical reconstructive rearfoot and ankle residency at Saint Mary Mercy Livonia in Livonia, Michigan.

When asked about his philosophy of care, Dr. Christiansen said,

“I strive to provide expert care of the foot and ankle, deliver the best outcomes and provide the highest level of service to my patients. I place a high priority on patient education and prevention by taking the time to talk to my patients and explain their ailments in order to decide on an appropriate treatment plan. I am well versed in many non-surgical approaches to foot problems; however, when conservative measures don’t provide adequate relief, I am here to offer the latest surgical interventions to get you back on your feet as soon as possible.”
