I was amazed on how much time she spent with me and how she was interested in giving me the best medical treatment that fits my condition.
As I said on the on the survey a few days ago, .y questions were answered, it I felt a bit rushed. They were runny quite a a bit late, but no apology was made.
Keep doing what you're doing to better ourselves

Everyone from receptionist, nurse to doctor were visibly unhealthy. I asked a lot of questions about the medication I was prescribed and when I left I did my own personal research of the drug and learned so much valuable information that I didn't learn at the doctors office.
Hanh Nguyen was very friendly and caring. She listened to me answered my questions, made me feel comfortable. I returned 2 days later for experenceing different symptoms, and she was right on it. I left feeling very well cared for...Thank You
Gave helpful suggestions
She came in saying his weight was up so he's fine. But we had concerns we wanted addressed, and we felt dismissed. She wanted to discuss breastfeeding vs formula, but did not take time to hear our reasoning behind using formula, and my breastfeeding journey. She chalked up our concerns to a change in formula, without offering any insight as to how long it takes for baby to adjust, or if there is a better formula to use, etc. We were looking for some guidance, but she seemed to just chalk it up to us being first-time parents. We just felt extremely dismissed
Waited for PA for 35 min I left . Cardiologist gave me referral I needed
She asked questions that were not relevant to this appointment. She never commented about the side effect of the medication in question.

I went in initially for PPD/PPA information & then also had concerns about a colic baby. She never even asked any questions about my reason for my visit. She wanted me to know why I was taking a medication, and just kept pushing it even though I eventually told her I'd write it down and look into it but wasn't interested at the time. She was certain I was just tired. And then came back and told me the opposite, and for a reason that's a constant issue in my life prior to having a baby anyway! She barely looked away from her computer to make eye contact.
Explaining details before rushing me to someone else. Asking if I had questions on what she said, don't rush me.
Just didn't listen and gave quick diagnosis, ordered some blood work and ordered ultrasound but not saying why or what the ultrasound was just handed me the sheet with the number on it and said get an ultrasound. Was unsure what in need to do like the time frame, and what for etc…. Just kind rushed me out the door
