They were able to schedule me the same day bc there was a cancellation. However the scheduler initially put me in a slot not meant for new patients, so they called me back and moved my appointment to earlier in the day. The doctor took the time to thank me for changing my time to come sooner. She looked at my medical history carefully and asked thoughtful questions to understand my health and my health-related goals.

Dr Kutas made me feel silly and uninformed about my illness. I'm not a doctor. I went to see her because I was sick.
I felt chastised by dr Kutas for not knowing I was supposed to be seen 2x a year because I was on anxiety meds. No one ever told me that. She also made me feel silly for not knowing the stomach bug I had would take much longer to recover from because of my advanced age.
She is wonderful, very kind, and listens.

Because tje doctor spends quality time with her patients, and doesn't rush, she tends to run late on appointments.

There were some appointments that I waited an hour and I had to find someone to see why it was taking so long. One time I was told there was an emergency, but no one bothered to let me know . I was left sitting in the room waiting for the doctor to come.
