She always takes the time to fully listen and understand, offers suggestions and recommendations. This is extremely important to me. Most hurry you through the appt, like they are running out of time, and need to get onto the next patient.

The e-visit was so easy to do. Dr Heck made me feel very comfortable. I felt ‘our conversation' was easy. I didn't feel rushed and I felt she seemed relaxed and not rushed.
This office should be commended for their level of service and compassionate care. In addition, their model of functioning should be used as a training tool as the "gold standard" for each to attain.
