Trinity Health Medical Center - Allendale offers primary care services for the whole family. Our team of providers work together to deliver a comprehensive, personalized patient experience. We specialize in family medicine and pediatrics to help you and your family stay healthy while providing the care you deserve.
Primary Care Services:
- General medical exams and yearly physicals
- Pediatric, adolescent and adult healthcare
- Treatment of acute illnesses, such as upper respiratory infections or skin infections
- Immunization, flu and pneumonia shots
- Minor surgical procedures (stitches, lesions, etc.)
- On-site x-ray
- Video visits and online scheduling available
- Same or next day visits
- Access to nurse triage 24/7
- Preventive care and chronic condition support
For added scheduling flexibility, primary care appointments are available in the early morning, over the lunch hour, and into the early evening, making it easier to find a time that works with your schedule.
